Pin and Ligature is a commonly used instrument in orthodontics. The cutting edge is made of tungsten carbide or stainless steel which is placed mesial to the beaks. The PLC cutter with 45 degree and 90 degree angle cutting tips are easy to use in the posterior areas. The instrument is specially designed for smooth cutting of soft ligature wires, lock pins and elastomerics.
